When aspiring chef Stephen Gottlieb is hired by eccentric writer Robena Winchester to collaborate on a new cookbook, he thinks he's getting the break of a lifetime. He has no way of knowing that Robena has an unfathomable connection to an event that destroyed his life - along with that of many others. The Last Meal Cook Book is a darkly comic exploration of true crime and our culture's obsession with violence, as well as the way that both of these things can shape our world.
